    IT For All was built by someone with a hands-on background in enterprise IT and cybersecurity — who kept noticing that the technology standards protecting large organisations rarely made their way to the small businesses and individuals who needed them just as much.

    Working in enterprise IT means managing endpoint security platforms, Microsoft 365 environments, firewalls, identity management and large-scale infrastructure across many locations. It's work that requires precision, attention to security, and the ability to communicate technical problems clearly.

    What I kept noticing was this: the small business owner, the sole trader, the family trying to sort out their technology — they were either paying too much for things they didn't need, or going without proper support because nobody had designed a service for them.
